Epping Forest MP Dame Eleanor Laing has praised Epping Town Council over its running of the Monday Market, and given her endorsement to the council's new market promotions wagon.
Dame Eleanor, who visited the painted wagon at the Epping Town Show on Sunday, said: "Epping is traditionally a market town and the Monday market is a great addition to the town. It is well run and attracts a wide variety of traders every week.
"It was great to see the wagon which will be a fantastic way for the town council to promote the market to ensure it can attract even more shoppers and visitors to the High Street in the months and years to come."
