Epping Forest MP Dame Eleanor Laing has welcomed the award of £7,000 to Waltham Abbey Football Club from the Premier League's Matchday Support Fund.
Dame Eleanor said: "This money will help the club cover the costs of adjustments that need to be made to safely cater for the return of players and supporters to their stadia."
The Matchday Support Fund is being delivered by the Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF) - the grant-giving body that provides Premier League funding to support ground improvements for clubs in the professional, women's and non-league games.
